Refund policy

Returns

ALL CUSTOM ORDER CLOTHING IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE. 
Due to the color, design and size customization we are unfortunately unable to return these items or offer refunds. 

Return items MUST be postmarked within 3 days of receiving your order. No refunds will be issued, only store credit. In store credit will be issued via a code sent to your email within 1-2 business days after receiving your return. You will then enter this code at checkout of your next purchase. Merchandise must be in original condition, including original packaging and tags attached. Return shipping and handling is the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to you. You may return to us via the carrier of your choice, but we recommend obtaining tracking on your package. All custom orders, SALE merchandise, and all special orders are Final Sale and cannot be returned. We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us. Any items that appear to have been worn, altered, or are received by us after the return period will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. If postage to return the item(s) is not paid within 5 days of receiving return, the item(s) will be donated to the charity of our choice.

Damaged/Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 2 days of receipt. No exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 2 days, the return will be rejected for any store credit or refund.

If you receive a defective item, please do as follows:

  • Use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to comerscreations@gmail.com.
  • Indicate "Damaged" in the subject line.
  • Include the order # and product name of the item.

Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order.
